Randy Quaid and Evi Quaid Arrested

Actor and comedian Randy Quaid and his wife Evi Quaid were arrested by Presidio County Sheriff’s deputies on Thursday in Marfa, Texas. Felony arrest warrants had been issued for the couple in Santa Barbara, California for conspiracy, defrauding an innkeeper and burglary. Extradition of the couple by Santa Barbara County is likely. The couple are each being held on $20,000 bond.

The brother of actor Dennis Quaid checked into the San Ysidro Ranch with his wife on June 13, 2009. The innkeeper discovered the next day that their credit card had been declined but he allowed them to stay when they indicated they had another card coming.
