Nichole Hiltz Arrested For Suspected Child Neglect
Law enforcement officers were called to a West Hollywood apartment at 3:30 a.m. Tuesday after receiving a report of a disturbance. After assessing the situation, police arrested Nichole, 32, and transported her to a nearby LAPD station, where she was booked.
An attorney for the actress released a statement: “It was an unfortunate misunderstanding. No charges have been filed and absolutely no harm was done to the child.”
