Kate Major Arrested For Assaulting Police Officer
She was busted on charges of battery, battery against an officer, EMT, or firefighter, and resisting an officer with violence.
Major was released today at 12:19 PM. She was ordered to complete a mental health/drug evaluation and will need to bring the documents to court with her in 48 hours to help the court decide how to proceed.
This isn’t Kate’s first run-in with the law. The pseudo-star was arrested in November for a fight with a passenger on an airplane.
