Jaime Pressly Pleads Not Guilty to DUI
The “My Name is Earl” actress sent her attorney, Richard Hutton, to the Los Angeles courthouse to turn in her plea against two charges of driving while intoxicated.
If the blonde beauty, Jaime Pressly is convicted on both charges, she could wind up being dealt a one year jail sentence.
