Christina Aguilera Arrested for Public Drunkenness

Singer Christina Aguilera and her boyfriend Matthew Rutler were arrested at 2:45 a.m. this morning. The singer was booked at the West Hollywood Sheriff’s substation on a charge of public drunkenness.

Aguilera was the passenger in a vehicle driven by her boyfriend, who was booked for driving under the influence. Christina’s booking sheet indicates she is 5’2″ and weighs 100 pounds. She was arrested, booked, fingerprinted, put in a cell and then monitored until she sobered up sufficiently to be released. She will not be prosecuted.
