Celebrity Apprentice 4 Contestant Richard Hatch Jailed

Richard Hatch has been ordered back to prison for nine months for income tax evasion. The Celebrity Apprentice 4 contestant is part of Donald Trump‘s newest cast on the NBC show that premiered last week.

The show was filmed in the fall of 2010 and a live finale will air on May 22, 2011. Even if the former Survivor winner is one of the remaining two players vying for the top prize, a judge ruled that he will remain behind bars.

Hatch spent three years in prison for failing to pay taxes on his $1 million Survivor reality show winnings.
