Actor Ryan Merriman Arrested For DUI
Merriman, 28, was pulled over by police on Sunday night for an alleged traffic violation in Newport Beach, California at around 11 p.m.
Police suspected the actor had been drinking and decided to administer a field sobriety test.
Ryan failed the sobriety test miserably and was arrested and booked for DUI.
The actor is being held on $2,500 bail.
