Actor Rip Torn arrested for drunken bank job

Actor and noted boozehound Rip Torn ("The Larry Sanders Show," Freddy Got Fingered, Men in Black) has been charged with breaking into a Salisbury, Connecticut bank, brandishing a loaded weapon, and being publicly intoxicated.

Connecticut State police say the 78-year-old Torn was arrested Friday night after local cops discovered him inside the Litchfield Bancorp with a loaded revolver. The acclaimed character actor was also allegedly quite loaded at the time.
